The Leadership Summit seeks to bring together leaders from different levels, areas, and ministries, providing a platform for collaboration, networking, and strategic alignment. The Ministry Convention aims to empower leaders that lead specific ministries and is primarily based on the managerial aspect of each church department. It aims to help each department leader to understand their function and give them ideas to better serve within their ministry areas.
The Leadership Summit is typically centered around leadership development and organizational strategies. It seeks to empower and equip churches, businesses, nonprofits, and government leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to excel.
All are invited. The Leadership Summit attracts a diverse audience of professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking personal and professional growth in leadership roles.
